EXTRA!!!!!! EXTRA!!!!!!!!! This just in from Ken W.:

<RSIS: Reading the SEC filing and there is over 5 million shares registered in S-3A filings to sell with minimum offering of 2.25. One filed in Mar, two in April. No go on RSIS until this is out of the way...With the small volume average it will take FOREVER to cross 5 million shares into the float. This is the same crap that PQT pulled and why I shorted it. >

I think Ken is right and it would explain the weird yo-yo action on
