here is note to me from peggy at immd. i voiced my concern about the length of time for things to come together and all the promises that have not come to fruition about the law suit, earnings, infomercial, shrimp product sales, pet food sales, etc. here reply...

Scott,
I do understand your skepticism. We will have earnings out in the next weeks
on quarter ending Feb. 28, 1997. You will see that the drain from the
litigation has slowed significantly. The lawsuit is on the verge. There has
been a ruling on a Motion for Summary Judgment, but some ambiguities have to
be resolved by the lawyers. The infomercial has definitely not been scrapped.
We met with the PRTV people a few weeks ago, and they are still very
enthusiastic about the project, but one of many projects for them. The
timing is out of our control; we are being as responsive as we can, but this
is their time schedule. There is an infomercial out now by Ashley of Beverly
Hills with a line of products that contain Nayad, and I understand it is
doing very well; we are expecting our first royalty check from them soon.
Chilean shrimp people are taking their sweet time, promises promises.
I'm looking forward to better days.
