Bob, only because you believe that Dave Webb is hiding behind a lie,
and you see this company failling miserabily if given the opportunity
to open Bumbat.

If so, then maybe Dave knew this and that was his reason to shut down
Bumbat, so that this truth would be put off, and a follow thru would be
Dave to always find a reason not to reopen Bumbat.

This seems to be "what you are about" Bob.

I ofcourse disagree and feel Dave has taken the best course so far.
