ARTT is not in the lead. If that is your sole rationale for owning the stock, then sell now. Look at Winstar, Teligent, Nextlink and compare facilities, customers, etc.. ARTT is trailing the pack. There is room for more than one or two BBFW providers so ARTT should do well. Good luck.

I don't want to bust you're bubble but ARTT is nowhere near the first in this field. Winstar was kicked butt in the past two years as ARTT has struggled to reform a workable business strategy and then struggled with a lack of working capital to aggressively expand its customer and geographic base.

The recent bounce up is reflective of the decreasing risk of bankruptcy of ARTT and not especially a rousing endorsement of the company. ARTT will need to expand into several more markets and show a large increase in the customer base of its existing markets before the market is going to truely reward it with a premium multiple. The deal with Quest is great but "the proof is in the pudding". Investors should monitor whether the alliance actually leads to better sales synergy.
