Steve, basically the bid was $16 1/8 when trades went off at $16. I just couldn't figure out if those sales were new short positions or market order sells or an institution dumping. But thanks for your opinion anyway.

Steve,
that comment conflicts with my knowledge. I beleive downtick rule does not apply to Nasdaq small cap stocks. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
