"Silly rules of engagement"

What on earth do you mean? NATO is pounding the Serbs. The only rules of engagement restricting their targets are those in the war crimes agreements. Meanwhile, the right wing in this country is attacking NATO for errant bombs -- as though accidents never occurred in war before.

And a lot of the criticism by the right of Clinton is really directed at our armed forces -- the specific targeting mistakes are not his personal doing but the mistakes of armed forces personnel.
