Mike, All, Re: T's beating the local exchange access charges. I think it will be interesting to see how T treats its new local telephony customers [the ones on cable] who elect to 1+ their way to MCI or FON or whomever. Do you suppose that T will not charge the other IXCs for local access provisions, as well? This is tricky, because nondiscriminatory, or "equal and comparably equivalent," treatment in how they treat their competitors on the long distance side, is almost a given. Regards, Frank Coluccio
