Thanks. I appreciate the reply. I will check into the letter this week. Hopefully, the reverse merger is the key. To get a court order would be nice but is probably an impossible task.

Presence. Just curious on your opinion. If someone sends that type of letter and the position has been short, CAN the LETTER force the postion to be rectified?
