CIMA,

In Feb. '99 PJTV was basically sold and converted to Vidikron(VIDI).
In order to maintain NASDAQ listing they had to do a 1:40 reverse split from $0.09 to $3.60. PJTV was never more than $6 and only got there based on promises and forward looking statements from management that were never achieved.

Here's the real chart:
209.26.102.236

When Maslow left, PJTV had accumulated $51million in losses.
This was for a company that had a product (somewhat, costs and production problems kept it off the shelf), and their Digital Projection TV won several industry awards for excellence in '96/97.
What is he selling now except Stock and dreams? That's what he does well.

Sorry not here to bash MHTX, just Maslow a little. Be careful when you read about him being a successful entrepreneur and raising capital for the company. Find out how many shares and floorless convertibles it's costing the company. How much, if any, dilution?
