Howard, There is a section "Property and equipment, net" in the balance sheet part of the 10-Q edgar-online.com
This value is 1,113k (as of March 31,99). If you scroll further down the 10-Q to the cash flow statement, you will see "Purchases of property and equipment, net" of 970k - this means they have spent just under a million between Jan-Mar, 1999. This might have changed after March 31, 99. The Sun Starfire servers cost around million bucks each (exact value dependent on the configuration and corporate discount).

do you know what the max. timeframe is for an insider sale to be posted... is it longer than a month or do you always find out no later than a month after the fact

At the time of the sale (or before it), you will have to file a 144 (if the person uses non-electronic means, it might take a week before it hits Edgar). The Form 4 is usually filed before the 10th of the next month (add another week if it is non-electronic).

Are you aware of any restrictions on selling by CUST insiders...

There are no restrictions besides the 144/4 route.

I would have to imagine some unloaded during that Joseph charles frenzy.

I have access to the latest filings - as of today nothing has been filed. I have some theories about it. It is mere idle speculation on my part and I do not want to go on record in a public forum.

Regards.
