The hullabaloo does make for good publicity since there is little other news.
Thing brings to mind the fact that Friday was the first time (and maybe the last) that @home made the front page of our local paper. I am far from Portland and we dont have AT&T cable here.
Front Page news.

Open question:

I have been working to get up to speed with athm and unfortunately bought in in two accounts last tuesday believing it might run up prior to earnings. Oh contrare! Question I have for any who will help out- In light of the Oregon ruling does this represent a cap on the stock for a while, a long while, or not necessarily? Does this look like bottom? A time to buy more, or bail as AOL muscles in to high band width on ATHM's arteries and darkens the optimism? I thought with AT&T athm couldn't lose. I am old enough to remember the government mandated breakup of AT&T many years back though...

Kindda like when you board an elevator and push up, only to feel it descend because someone outside of your control panel has pushed down first.

I thank in advance all who give me a minute or two with some insight.
