I am a long term shareholder in MRPS. The lack of verifiable information about new sales/contracts and financial data are causing considerable concern on many message boards (like all of them!).. as I am sure you are aware.

The long term investors are full of faith, but faith alone is not sufficient to defuse the likes of the following post on Clearstation.

Re : What Goes Here!

This company has sent out Business Wire reports saying financials will be out shortly back in early
April. No information is yet available. There is no balance sheet available and by their own
statement the first qtr of 1999 had sales of less than $90K. If they have a 60% mark up above
what they have to pay to Bulova to manufacture for them they have roughly 50,000 to cover
office, salary, airline, marketing expenses for 3 months. It tends to lead to a large accumulated
defecit.

They also contracted with a new P. R. firm called Smart Stock Advisor's which was created by
several posters from the SI and Raging Bull threads. It is not known if these people have created
numerious aliases and still post to these boards in violation of SEC laws. But anyone that
questions the company on Raging Bull gets attacked by a team of supporters, which even includes
following them to other threads and attacking them.

If you do invest in this company please contact the BBB in Microphonics headquaters city, also
try contacting the companies that they have contracts with and try to verify the size of these
contracts. Per their own statements they have been in business for over 4 years but have sales
equal to about only 1 unit a day nationally. They have per their statement made contact with over
thirty companies in the last few months with no increase in unit sales information available for all to
verify.

Please be very careful if you invest in this firm. To many questions! Not enough Facts!"</i?

Microphonics Appoints Vice President of
Sales and Marketing

PR Newswire - June 09, 1999 12:40

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Microphonics (OTC
Bulletin Board: MRPS) is proud to announce the promotion of Mr. Myles
Izikoff to Vice President of Sales & Marketing for its Ultraphonics
Division

Jimmy Gayle -- CEO of Microphonics states "I am extremely pleased
with Mr. Izikoff's proven abilities in the sales and marketing of our
Ultraphonics device. His outstanding sales record, and his unique
ability to train and build a National sales force make him an
indispensable asset to this company in light of the current growth we
are experiencing. Mr. Izikoff with his in depth understanding of our
products and marketing strategies is the ideal candidate to direct
the future expansion of Ultraphonics Distributor and direct sales
force. I am certain that Mr. Izikoff will keep adding to the
Microphonics success story, and carry Ultraphonics into the new
millennium."

ABOUT MICROPHONICS:

Microphonics, Inc. has developed and is currently marketing a high
demand, high-tech mechanical ultrasound diagnostic known as the
Ultraphonic Detector. This hand-held device is so exact that it can
detect a hole half the thickness of a human hair. More practically, it
can pinpoint and identify leaks (pressurized, non-pressurized and
vacuum), mechanical malfunctions, and certain electrical problems as
well. Perhaps the most remarkable benefit is that it warns of
impending trouble before a costly malfunction occurs.

In addition, with it's proprietary software, the Microphonics
ultrasound detection units are uniquely "trained" to ignore ambient
sounds of noisy factories or engines and only listen to the "signature"
ultrasounds which indicate a potential problem, long before a major
breakdown or downtime issue develops. In-house technicians with only
a short one-day training session can expertly monitor equipment
performance and product quality while reducing maintenance and
warranty costs.
