Re: elucidation

#1. I am not religious nor do I belong to a denominational religion. According to Webster, religion is a man made set of rules and rituals on how to worship a diety or dieties. The Egyptians had a religion which worshipped multiple gods and other civilizations had religions that worshipped dieties that I do not recognize. Theoretically, a person, or group of persons, could make a coke bottle their god, set up rules on how to worship it, and they have a religion.

Years ago, I read some C.S. Lewis but, frankly to not remember anything he said. Everything important to me can be found in the Bible, including how to worship my God. I do not require mortal men to tell me how. Actually, I am too old, and through years of debilitating my body, will not be around too much longer. I am at peace and totally satisfied with my beliefs. I don't want to explore any more.
