I agree wit you Jim that nobody should buy this stock solely due to Viagra. I also agree that marketing it for recreational purposes rather than just for erectile problems may have been a blunder. But then again, I don't know about the medical ethical problems which may have surrounded such a decision. Based on some of the posts here and news stories all around, it appears that they may not need to go after the recreational market. It looks like that market is catching on all by itself.

Still bullish on PFE, the best pipeline in the industry. I doubt Viagra will ever amount to 15% of their sales, and that's a stretch. No pun intended.

Dave

Thanks for the research. Hope to do some myself soon with a pretty test subject. No, drug companies are more than one drug nomatter how hot. My point is the word is getting around with younger guys I know and everyone seems to be doing whatever they can to buy Viagra. It's not just for Hugh Hefner and his generation anymore.

Nevertheless, PFE has been oversold and now seems destined to recover nicely. Where the near-term top is no one knows, but I'm bullish enough to hold. I don't need to buy more as I'm already loaded with the stock. Best of luck and let's hope for continued upward movement. At least PFE has stellar earnings and a secure future unlike some companies which are being hyped these days. Relatively safe investment. But it WAS at 100 or so just a short time ago so nothing is for certain.

Keep that woody hard.
