Chris,

WOuld it be possible to change the PREM.X indicator to reflect the proper roll of the SPOO contracts? We rolled to Sept on Jun 10th, but the PREM is still stuck on the June contract. Could you internally adjust the dates for the roll so that we get it on the roll date, instead of later.

Thanks.

Chris Cooper: I just downloaded the latest beta...you guy just keep making this product better and better. Switching to QCharts has truly been one of my better investment decisions.

I would like to make a request....Andrews Pitchforks.

Dear Chris;

Just when are the "RT Exchange" services to kick in? I signed up a few weeks ago to have NYSE added to my existing NAZDAQ & OPRA. But have seen no service. Can you come up with a better system to add services then this? This was a pain when I added my OPRA and I see it has not changed this year either. It would be nice in this climate to not be flying blind with regard to quotes.

Thank you for you time and attention.

Chris and or Gibbons.

I have downloaded the daily data for the ES (S&P 500 mini) contracts
going back to the Dec 1997 contract. However, the downloaded data via
QLink does not bear any resemblance to the real time trading sessions.
Here is an example from the ES9H contract. If you look at the charts,
the figures don't add up. Awfully hard to work with the data, when
you have no idea what it is you are working with.....can someone
please explain how the daily open/high/low/close is figured via QLink?
I would love to work with some of this data....but I am not certain
what it is I am working with.
