to give you an answer, i would have to know float, underwriter/VC info, any convertibles, etc...worth the time, but i haven't done it yet...issue here i think, is that it is a 'boring' infrastructure play BUT everybody will use it...brand name is gold price, imho, depends on who still wants to cash out, how fast if volume at below offering prices gets 'high' relative to float, then it is time to buy, i think ynot ;)
