Can someone explain to me why ORCL is a buy at these levels? Projected 17% earnings growth is not exactly giving me a warm feeling - neither is a P/E ratio of 23 based on FY01 earnings projections.

I've been holding ORCL for 2 years, with a lot of ups and downs, but I've seen it's projected growth rate come down by over 10%.

Why buy ORCL at 30? Is there any possibility at all that ORCL will grow earnings at 25-30%?
