BB,

Are you a holder of FLC? I should know since I have followed this thread for 8-9 months, however I don't recall. If so what is your take on their advancement from the mid 9's. There is alot of support from the institutions at 9 to 9 1/4, but they have approximately 18 rigs in storage (percentage wise more than say GLM). I bought in after a lengthy trip not knowing that Petrobras had cancelled, thus I have lost some change. At this point I think they should follow the OSX up but at a slower pace than than the rest of the drillers in their class. I do not see much further downward risk, but what is the upward potential? Any ideas?

TIA,

Hdr
