IDT is experiencing growing pains.

but often in companies growing like idtc, new mgmt becomes necessary because the people who ran a 100 million dollar company, do not have the abilities to run a 1 billion dollar company. do you think idtc might take more drastic action, such as the cfo? or only the board?clearly hj needs balance, and stronger underlings would be beneficial. i am not suggesting hj should go.

They are getting smarter and learning from their mistakes.

they missed the first q, and now the the 3rd, that is 2 of 3, and clearly with better asset and hiring mgmt, they should have made the q. so far, they have failed to learn from their mistakes after being pulverized into single digits after the first time they missed. hj answer about hiring and employee count on the cc did not give one this impression.

I'm sure you noticed how they backed away from raising expectations of both the xswitch and ISP this conferance call. Even though they are obviously making some big moves with them.

then they stumbled on the effects of the spinoff of ntop on the bottom line .10 or .2?

Lets give it another couple of months and revisit the question is my opinion.

fair enough. i am holding, to much of a disconnect between the fair value price of idtc and the current discount.

good luck, and thank you for your response.

"Softbank executives additions to the companies board will also help and they are getting a ton of advice right now from a lot of very smart people from the investment community."

I didn't realize that Softbank execs were on the board?? When did that happen?

I did indeed notice how they backed away from the switch question. It was as if they didn't even know what the questioner was talking about, and then HJ stepped in and talked a little about it.

We have no choice but to give it a few more months (or, I fear, much longer). I am waiting for the day when the co fires on all cylinders for three straight Qs. I am quickly tiring of the excuses each Q. We need two consecutive blowout Qs to get it rolling . . . THEN they can screw up and give us excuses!

Thanks for your continued hard work Hawaii.
