Hi Dave - I'm not sure how Rob Gordon Revolving Credit Loan Agreement is factored into the O/S. I hear about the potential for the number of shares he potentially may own to increase by 26 million but this may not occur if the TSIG.com finds alternative financing or if TSIG.com does not require additional financing - which hopefully is the case.
