All hype aside, let this snag in Kosovo be a warning. There is no sure thing. The market often surprises us and there may not be a great rally this week. So be careful everybody. Buy value not irrational exuberance. In the longrun value will always rise to the top. On the other hand oversold conditions beg for sharp recoveries in many stocks. Cut the difference and let's hope for a mild sustainable rally so any interest rate rise doesn't cut our legs off. Always better to sleep nights than to be betting on the moon.
