Suzanne, try again,

TSIG recieves $5 for the card. Great deal. Then TSIG proceeds to refund to NetTaxi $0.25 for each CD purchased with the NetTaxi card. 20 CD's returns $5 to NetTaxi. A loss to TSIG on the sale of the card, because of front end costs and commissions for the card. Now to be sure there's no guarantee that RG has agreed to give NetTaxi $0.25 per CD sold. But I'll bet that he's done exactly that or real close. Look at the guys record. He almost always bets big and usually loses. And he's anything but a good negotiator. Look at the PP.

Then when you factor in that NMF is getting another $0.25 per card and that Top 100/200 CD's usually cost TSIG more than $10.99, up to $2 more from Valley Media it's all downhill from there on. The whole model is in mortal danger.

When you ice the cake with the departure of all the management team it's easier to see that there will be virtually no one there to mange these bumps.

It's really not that difficult.
