Not for me to disprove anymore. It's in writing in the SEC filings.

Just the same that we were told last time that there was no need for any more than 17,000,000 shares in escrow. Same ol BS.

Dave read the filings. I didn't make it up. You were conned... period! Doesn't make you a bad guy. We'd all like to believe, that just won't make it so.
