You are correct about not always having a sure thing. Which is why you have to be cautious about everything. Most of the back door plays recently went down the drain, the TRAC/EDGR one as well. Although I did buy EDGR and still holding and maybe buy more here. SFE is another one but that seems to a MALL/UBID type so much safer. PWCC/FLAS, LPGL, DLIA/TURF, PTEK/HLTH/USA.NET seems to be another play comming up. BKS didnt do anything the failed to do the last few weeks as well. Right now the leaders might have more gains than waiting for the backdoors. But the recent backdoors should move on up once the main players start to switch positions and cover.
Sorry I havent posted lately, just dont have the energy to fight and bicker over things you had no idea about especially with people you once thought were friends.

>I apologized more than a week ago for stating that BKS was a no-brainer.<

Huh, not on this thread you didn't. Here's your last post concerning BKS here, from May 6, when the stock was almost 20% higher than it is today...
> BKS - many investors seem to have forgotten that the next sure thing story stock will be BKS. The new BKS. Not just a bunch of huge bookstores anymore. Within two weeks should add at least 50%.<
...I guess when you post the same message to half the threads on SI, it's easy to overlook a few when you decide that maybe things aren't what you thought they were.

>So what is your point? That everything I post is wrong?<

Well, sort of. Not wrong so much as pointless. You seem to take something on faith, and then proselytize your point of view unmercifully. Frankly, I think this sort of behavior is best confined to religious radio stations, which I avoid, or to sports cheerleaders, which I must admit I enjoy watching now and again. For the life of me, I can't see how it serves any purpose here, however.

Actually, what we have observed is the the parent company of an IPO spinoff generally falls off a couple of days before the new IPO goes live. Its not a hard and fast rule, but its a good way to be wary.
