There is no mention of price. Price controls on what? I couldn't find that term either. You have inferred that. Can that be inferred? It only talks about non-discriminatory charges which don't impede open access and that such issues have no grounds in this local case since jurisdiction resides locally. Simply put, the community rules even if that means they are going to have communism. This has been a standard now in the country for at least 15 years in many other areas of law. It also asserts there is no financial problem because @Home should do what HSA is already doing. There is no mention of retail or wholesale prices. Where do you find these terms?

No. I have stated repeatedly that the FCC should stay out and so far that's what they're doing.

Ads aren't content. Would you pay for ads? When you are on the 'Net you aren't watching tv. What has any of this to do with tv or tv ads?
