I got into this one on a tip. Sold half some on the up blip a while back. The rest is, or will be gravy.

Don't blame SR for your loss. None of the "facts" he claimed were untrue and, just like the rest of us, he was looking to boost his investments. Maybe some of it was wishfull thinking, but that's what we all do.
Don't believe anything you read on these threads. Check the info out for yourself before making your decisions. I can't believe how many times I've read posts from people can't understand why they're not millionaires already because the hype didn't pan out.

Looks like shareholders are being a little reluctant.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1999--Imaging Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:ITEC) today announced that it has extended the deadline for shareholders to vote on a proposed amendment to increase the authorized preferred stock from 10,000 shares to 100,000 shares until Friday, June 25.

The proposal to approve an amendment to the company's certificate of incorporation did not have the required majority of outstanding shares of common stock at the time of the company's annual meeting on May 27. Shareholders approved extending the deadline to vote until Friday, June 11. At the meeting held on Friday, shareholders approved extending the deadline to June 25, when the shareholders meeting will again convene at 5:00 p.m. PST.
