I think you're right. In our minds we are the world leader in the field, but realistically, some heavy hitters, some deep pocket outfits are out there scrambling and buying the solutions to the voids they know they have. IDTC could fill the voids for some of these heavy weights and would be a likely take over candidate, however, being tightly held by a family and probably an extension of their ego suggests they would not go easily into a takeover, if at all. In the meantime as this small technically competant but undercapitalized company wallows in nepotism and is "beginning to walk", as you put it, but I'm afraid that the heavyweights are lacing up their NIKES and going to run all over us with sheer brute financial power.
