Another post from Ragging Bull: Here's what I have been able to learn from a number of conversations with some large positioned shareholders. HealthSpan is going to be using recently announced funds for a major marketing and developemental move. They are very high, not only on APPI's existing products, but want to bring forth the marketing of products from APPI's long time existing patents. There is the applicable strategy of exposure and permeation of the marketplace, and this is thought to be best accomplished through the home shopping network usage. The most exiciting thing I heard was that there is now a heightened interest in APPI's immune research and resulting patents and product that is currently available. The ACA product is gainig widespread attention by immunologists. It is felt that, with this exposure, APPI products will be sought after and with this exposure, exsitng patents will produce a variety of more specific oriented natural based solutions for a number of health issues, particuliarily in immune therapy. I read here (RB)that someone had talked with Barry at APPI and he denied the rumor that APPI was going the home shopping route. Possibly, APPI itself, but as I have said, with the teaming of HealthSpan/APPI, it is believed, by those I have spoken, Home Shopping would be a very viable and probable marketing package and is most likely going to happen soon. I also find that companies usually do not telegraph their company strategy, so sometimes, the best source, are those who are heavily invested in and follow the companies diligently. Heavy buying today may be a statement regards the validity of HealthSpan/ APPI strategy. Best wishes:)
