In between classes posting......

Well I hope everyone on the thread checks out the web site cause there have been some dramatic changes...Not sure whether I like it or not...
but then again....thats my opinion....doesn't look bad at all...but... something about it....will have to get used to it....

I'm copying my email for all of you...I took Mr. Shaw's suggestion...I hope they can answer some questions...without the snide remarks...

Dear Sirs, (phil)

As in the past I like to keep an open dialogue with you and MDMI. So i have a few questions that I would like to submit.

1. Switzerland -- will there be a PR annocing this venture to the street and other investors? And if there is not, then what are
some of the details on this venture?

2. Java Centrale Internet Cafe -- is the grand opening behind schedule? Last time Dana Verrill mentioned the subject on SI
his time frame was about 2 weeks. That was some time ago...4 - 6 weeks...April 19....Is the opening still on schedule? Is
California still the target? What is the new time frame on this announcement?

3. Bawls -- The agreement with Hobarama Corp. states that MDMI will distribute Bawls both over the net and as distributors
throughtout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. What exactly does this mean in monetary terms? Does MDMI pay a
one-time fee, or yearly fee to be a distributor for these states? What does the sale agreement include? Does MDMI generate all
profits from their region but pays for the product? Please enlighten me...

4. Bawls customers -- A suggestion, not necessarily a request...but I am assuming most of the gas stations and markets on the
customer list are Bawls clients? How does the customer list break down? Bakery products, Bawls, Coffee, etc...What
percentage of company sales are bakery? Bawls? Coffee?

5. Franchises -- can you pleasew send me some information on Java Centrale franchising...fees etc...I think many investors
would like to know what the costs for starting a franchise might run and if there are potential franchises on the horizon.

6. Monthly Report -- several companies produce a monthly report from the CEO. Would such a forum be possible with Mr.
Verrill? If he is interested of course...He has the medium..SI or if he would like to post it directly to the YahooClub then that
might be easier...just a suggestion...

Thank you for your time,

Richard J. Nisbet
