Actually, the Preferred shares aren't restricted. They just aren't trading yet. Regarding the split, as of 8:00am Monday morning I still have my pre-split number of shares. Hoping by 9:30am that changes. EDIT: After I posted this message, I noticed that E*Trade has the Bid @ 3.13, the Ask @ 3.68 and the Price @ 3.13. However, the price change shows as +$1.56, which is 50% of the closing price of 3.13. Looks like the price will open at the split price. Now I just hope the number of shares I have follow. Mike
