I think Jimsy that this will be the case here as well.I think it was pumped to unload the shares insiders held and yes you are right.I think we shall see some type of deal being announced with financing and the setting of new management and employee options and a new financing which usually management takes the money they raised prior to the dumping before the rollback and participate in the new PP at least on paper as well.
Seeing these P&D POS companies and how they seem to run the same game over and over just convinces me to re-think how I am going to play them.Knowing the rules for the setting of PP's and financing also helps alot as you know.
Most rollbacks are done to be able to arrange financing. The rules of Vancouver state a minimum of .15/share......I believe it is the same with options.Alberta must be different as I see MMU just did or proposed a financing at .10.

On the "Give Me Your .02 Cents Worth thread" here on SI this is discussed quite a bit with these reverses.

A good example to look at is OEL.V formerly FTP.V(Fortpoint Resources). They did a rollback, namechange and change of Board with a small pump. One knows if they want to do a financing at .15 and set options at .15 that now is the best time to accumulate under .08.JMHO and sometimes these are longer term holds.Another one I talked about was MTK.V at .02.....look at it now.
