Now. the market yawns - sees no big deal - but the Andreesen and Leonis webcast is enough to make my snooze alarm go off. As Bramson has implied, at least some of laying a foundation for potentially very valuable assets is ruled by the realty truism...location, location, location. Just showing up in each of the right places. Who you are seen by ....shaking hands with. And perhaps someday, in each case, doing some kind of business with. LA and NYC ( we all know about that). DC area ...the government...many corporations ...AOL.
