Thanks Frank, In sum the spectrum of the cable, while defined some what, is still in-flux. It seems to me in a technical sense that other ISP could be added to the cable. Also, the judge has not considered the economics or technical ramification of his ruling. The Portland ruling has set in motion a very important road block to broadband for the masses, and will delay the roll out. I differ with Ah, the FCC should rule on this matter it's too important to let the Federal courts across the nation decide. Greg
