Dear Scott: IMHO CMND is responsible to fulfill their fiduciary duties to keep us informed good or bad. Again, IMHO they have failed in that duty. I have to presume that they are acting upon legal advice but, as the last class action suit showed, sometimes that legal guidance is faulty. ie error in prospectus on IPO. Having owned this stock now for a long time, frankly I have given up on badgering them for news. I just hope that they soon at least reach break even or maybe even a positive cash flow. At this point the only thing keeping me in this stock is its low price in relation to its cash value. I had heard long ago that they had a good reputation professionally at least in New England. Dont know if that is still the case, but if it is it would seem that sooner or later they will overcome their current woes. JDN
