NEW INVESTORS: ** TSIG ** BOILS DOWN TO THIS: $1,000 becomes $8,000 - $35,000 in 12 months (see below) or $1,000 becomes $500 to $0.00 in 12 months (in my opinion, based on calculations supplied by RG, PR's, and common sense...no guarantee it will happen but some of us thinks the odds favor it....see below) Over the weekend, Suzanne and myself in particular have done some logical revenue evaluations and on future Fair Market Value, which no one has refuted. I repeat, no on has refuted! The Lifetime Learning deal could (should) result in a minimum of $50 - $100 Million and a maximum of $1 Billion in revenue over the next 12 months. THE WORST CASE SCENARIO? Even at $50M, the EPS should come in between 5-10 cent per share in the next 12 months, even if you use 200 Million shares outstanding for the calculation. I repeat, even if you use 200 Million shares O/S in the calculation. However the COMPANY MUST EXECUTE for this to become a reality. Will they be able to finally deliver? (1) Well, they have the financing to move forward (2) They have dramatically cut costs and focused back on the Music Card model (3) Real evidence of progress is that their first huge contract is being executed as we speak THE CONTRACT IS BEING EXECUTED AS WE SPEAK: According to a PR in May, 170,000 kits have already been mailed to schools, as part of the Lifetime Learning Deal... 170,000 kits This is not "pie in the sky" anymore, it is happening. We are talking a contract some pretty powerful partners: the schools of America and a very experienced company in Lifetime Learning. FINAL WORD: Is this is risky stock? Yes, perhaps a lot less risky than it was at 40-60 cents a few months ago. Still I am using only risk capital that I can afford to lose. OTHER STOCKS HAVE BEEN BASHED OR SUNK ON DELAYS AND COME BACK.... THE TRICK IS TO BUY RIGHT! Delays and bashing caused WINR to sink from $5.00 to 38 cents, but it came back to $3.00 at one point. Now, $1.70 or so. Delays sank WLGS to 18 cents on delays and bashing, but then rose to $4.00 Delays sank SHAL from $4.00 to $2.00 but then it rose to $20 briefly after its IPO came out Delays and bashing sank NUKE from $1.25 to 11 cents but then it rose to near $1.00 today **** I am risking a few thousand dollars because I think there is better than a 50% chance that the stock will be above $1.00 in 12 months and perhaps as high as $5-10. It is a "Calculated" risk. That's a huge return. But I am aware that if they don't execute, my loss becomes a tax write-off and I lose about 72% of my investment even if it goes to $0.00. DON'T BELIEVE ANYONE BUT YOUR OWN DD: You decide...don't believe the bashers....they have no vested interest but for some odd reason are working very very hard and tirelessly to scare people. Don't even believe me....call the Company or just risk a little if you think this may be a risk worth taking. Happy Investing, DAVE
