If deal falls through - SRCM goes to zero in a year. If the deal goes through - SRCM goes to zero in two years.

MW, I will be completely frank with you. The only person left at the helm of SRCM is this Stephen Palley guy, late of King World. This person was not even with SRCM when TV Guide began their negotiations with them. If this is the state of affairs TV Guide was really and truly anticipating when they started these JV talks with SRCM, that would be one amazing little story. And frankly, if, just if, it turns out to be true, it will be worth the money lost to have had a front row seat to the spectacle. The Wheel of Fortune is spinning... watch out for the Bankrupt space. If you hit it, you lose your cash, but not your ideology, because once you buy a company's party line, it's yours to keep.
