In ATHM at 87 1/2, exited half at 90 and holding other. Impact of one case is overdone IMHO. Appeals will last for years and whose to say that T's cost to AOL and other ISP's won't make their respective costs higher than ATHM's. Doubt that court's will say that T must provide access for free. Additionally, ATHM's getting customers right now and by the time these cases are settled the positive impact on ATHM should be substantial.
