A guest analyst on CNBC was saying recently how when some Internet companies start making money it can be "trouble" - the reason being it is then possible to more definitively ascertain their long-term prospects and the real profitability of their business model, and start attaching a grounded multiple. Also it can mean they have stopped investing in their future as much.

For some of these high-growth technologies, like e-commerce and (hopefully) VOD, running in the red means "the sky's still the limit" and anything's possible (stock price included)...

For Concurrent, VOD has always been running red (being subsidized by RT), so perhaps a net negative quarter wouldn't hurt any (and might even help <g>).
