IRSN needs to keep closing above 2 on accumulation or it may lose some respect by those straddling the fence, IMO.

HAUP shorts back in. . . . NICE moves on that low float. . . . this thing can fly on momentum. . . shorts hanging on for dear life now. . . on MM squeeze play.

UOLP wanting 7 in its slow accumulation.

THREAD ALERT: MOMO Mania??

Regarding momos: Check this out. .

What do these stocks have in common?

HAUP
PRFM
NAVR
KTEL
IDTC
RRRR
DRIV
JBOH
MHMY

They are all thinly traded internet related. Most have low floats. All have suffered from MAJOR short positions. All are seeing unusual volume. All are up sharply [or on their way up] on major short-covering.

William saw HAUP and PRFM start the day with major short-covering. . .like the top was taken off the boiler. . . .now we are seeing this same effect trickle down into similar plays. . . Why this is occurring?? Perhaps others could shed some light.

The significance of this is that this sort of signal often marks the beginning of a manic period, where one or more makes ridiculous gains.

We don't need a bull market for a manic bubble. . .just some volatitility. . . like the sort caused when MMs, etc. leave to go on vacations. . . .something we often refer to as the "Thanksgiving weekend" effect.

Keep eyes peeled for similar. . heavily pounded Nasdaq internet related that could pop on short-covering. . .especially any with unusual volume or price moves. We could conceivably see this sort of activity through the week. Likewise, those where covering is in progress could either get re-shorted or get released. So far, it appears that we are seeing MMs opt for the latter. . . though always watch for signs of new positions.

Look for BEST opportunities. . . and SCALP only. . .don't be a hero.
