Stockboy, Need to discuss this on Fishing thread. . . but quickly, dilution of common when preferred converts at the end of the year is a factor we considered carefully back in February when deciding to position PLCO/PLCOP. Part of the trade was as a swing into the website opening any time now. Most are holding free shares anyway. And conversion is at the end of year. I certainly would not want to be holding ONLY common, but a combination with pfd. . . by doing so the effects of dilution are greatly eliminated, due to the potential profits from the 6 to 1 premium on pfds.
