You obviously haven't looked at this one very closely. All shorts are dangerous so you have to put in a lot of elbow grease when you finally short one. This is not in a hot sector. It is an ISP and there are 4300 of them and they all trade at 2-3X their annuallized recurring revenue run rate. If they try to deploy a high speed network, they won't have the experience to manage it and bill customers. In addition, 20M is a drop in the bucket for a high speed network. Read the Barron's article for info on the initial investors. Do your homework on the underwriter, take a look at the management team, look at comparables in the industry and then form your own opinion. You gave us an "off the cuff" remark and didn't help any investors with any additional hard facts on the company. Please post some facts and let us judge the company's value via the facts.
