MW lost their bid to be lead counsel. Not sure who is though. I continue to hear 2nd hand of some very positive developments on numerous fronts. SWIB doesn't buy another chunk of ABTX if there's any risk. Think about that. No analysts' downgrades since January ? Think about that. Converts goners...think about that. SWIB's purchase effectively just set the floor for this stock (my hunch only), and I don't think now there's incentive for existing shorts to continue shorting. Now it's dead[er] money for them than it is for longs (my hunch only). The concrete on this newly-poured foundation (new management and first major rash of decisions) is drying as we speak (ie "fundymentals are firming up hourly"). Let me say on the record I am thrilled for this 10% dilution...could have been much worse. No, I won't go into details. This is and was a "bestcase" scenario and we'll look back in 3 months and see it clearly and FWIW, was a nice poker play, Mr. Budd. c-man
