I would hate to be short on TRAC the shorts are getting their lunch handed to them right now, went up 3points in 5- 1 min. candles check out the intraday chart . Ouch.... richard

That's what they told me!! I just called and the application WILL be sent out (NOT YET SENT!!).

This is BS. My account # is 268 so I am VERY low on the list but STILL can't get an application in!

I will call PR today to express my STRONG CONCERN! This does NOT bode well for general operations!
