Jim, first off, i am not arguing with you about the merits of anything you said. BUT, i have heard several times in the past that FNTN 'will become a fully reporting company and be listed on NASDAQ within 3 months'. Not from you, from others. All i am saying is, we have seen and heard dates come and go, why should this time be any different ? If things go as they seem, You and a few others here should be very VERY rich in 60 days..... and i will be a little rich. You mentioned a 'Spring Letter'....... how do i get a copy ? or maybe it should be on their website ?? Fred.

Jim: So far, your charts for this morning are on the money. You may be on the money again when you said: "I feel this (acquisition) will be a company in the Telecommunications area, not a multifaceted Internet company. But then again that would be nice too, perhaps it could be a company with both attributes." I still lean towards a straight Internet company as a logical acquisition, but your theory holds water, too. It'll be an interesting few months to say the least.
