I know. eBay was on the recommended longs list you made earlier. But you know, a lot of the people who like net stocks were recommending (and buying) these stocks 100% higher. So the chance of error on the part of the longs is significant. Also eBay should not be at a higher multiple than yhoo. And in comparison, Amazon has more excitement. So on the whole, I think long amzn / short eBay could work out well. Maybe they'll meet halfway.
