I voted against both proposals at proxyvote.com. On one section though, it said the Securities Council said they'd grant a waiver to the company for the takeover rule if they would do certain things, and one of is not to recommend the shareholders vote for the proposal. But they did recommend that shareholders vote for it. It also states shareholders waive some of their rights if they vote for the changes. Any comments on the proposed changes? JP
