I do believe all they want are sellers at this time, may be to entice more buyers by lowering the prices and making it attractive. You have to remember these people make money by creating volume in selling and buying. The more buyers and sellers, the more no of transactions which will allow them to scalp a lot of pennies from both sells and buys. I sincerely do not believe they give a hoot about any of this bb stokes, just exchange of shares one way or the other by driving the share prices up or down as needed to create volume. peace.
