IDT just came out with a prepaid Internet calling card (NuestraVoz), which they are targeting to the Spanish community. The have an arrangement with quepasa.com, and are using them as the "Start Portal" for all NuestraVoz customers.

quepasa.com is a search engine company which caters to Spanish speaking internet users. it offers news links, free emails, and chat rooms. so, it looks to me like IDT's nuestravoz.com is empowered by quepasa.com.
