Hello Phil, its Syl. Haven't seen you for a while. How are you? Anyways, I know that you have been following Telepanel for a while and I have a question for you. In Quebec, there is a law that requires all items on store shelves to be individually tagged with a price tag. This is the law and they have recently fined some big chains for not complying. In this case, a product from Telepanel would be of no value since the price has to be manually changed on each item anyways. My question is are you aware of similar laws in other states or provinces?

Philip, The following press release states Bozzuto's intends to install a minimum of 50 stores over the next 2 years with TLS ESL systems. Combine this with the 75 minimum stated last week for Supervalu and we're almost at 1/2 of breakeven for the 2 year period. Now include a number for Fleming and... Things are looking better and better. Too bad you're the only analyst following the stock closely. Near term expected sales volumes are higher than they've ever been. Given these commitments, isn't the stock significantly undervalued as near term sustainment is virtually guaranteed and the long-term potential becomes ever more realistic? FWIW Jeff
