First American Scientific secures Patents and rights to Kinetic Disintegrator Technology VANCOUVER, June 7 /CNW-PRN/ - FIRST AMERICAN SCIENTIFIC CORP OTC/BB - FASC First American Scientific Corp. (the ''Company'')(FASC) has reached the final agreement between Ashford Holdings for the Patents and all rights to the KDS Technology.
